Today was "Bring a dish to share day" at work to celebrate how much we appreciate one another and how blessed we are to be ONE TEAM. đ Last get together, I made another salsa similar to this and it was a hit so I decided to make it again to share.
The recipe is not one I use measurement on so bare with me...yes, it's one of those that requires a sprinkle of this and a dash of that! đ My colleagues kept asking for a recipe so I'm going to list it as best I can.
Ingredients:
6 Tomatoes
2 Avocado
1 Mango
1 Red Onion
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Bunch of Green Onions
Directions:
Chop it up, throw it in a bowl and sprinkle the following spices according to your taste buds.
Spices:
Salt and Pepper
đŹđș Lemon Powder đ
đŹđș Pacific Red Hot đ¶ (Guam's Ground Chili Pepper)
*You can probably substitute the products found on đŹđș with lemon juice and chili pepper if you can't find the above ingredients from my Home, Sweet Home!
Serve with Triscuits or any other chips/crackers you prefer. Let us know if you tried our recipe and how it turned out! XOXO đ
